We use propriety software for both mechanical and electrical estimating, not Excel spreadsheets, which is linked to the Luckins database for weekly and monthly updates, as well as our own database for non luckins items.

The reports generated, are fully detailed for materials, labour, overheads and profit, which can easily be adjusted to suit your individual needs.

These reports are issued in PDF, Word and Excel, for you to alter prior to issuing to your clients.

The reports included full technical clarifications for which the estimate is based on, along with general clarifications.
